Since we do have a limited amount of spots, you will want to order as soon as possible, to ensure your spot is secured. Ordering for this season will end on August 5, 2025, unless we sell out sooner.
Yes. To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of ordering. This is because we purchase farm-fresh pumpkins specifically for each order, and they cannot be stored for future use. Your payment ensures we can secure the freshest pumpkins just for you and avoid unnecessary waste. Thank you for understanding!
We will begin delivery and set-up in the beginning of October. We will contact you once we plan our routes to confirm your delivery window. You won't need to be home when we deliver. We will have our drivers drop off your 'Patch the morning of your design, and the designer(s) will be by later that day to complete your Patch!
On the morning of your design day, we will have someone from our delivery team bring all of your "Patch" to your home. They will drop off all of the pumpkins close to where your "Patch" will be, and later that day our design team will follow behind and design your bespoke "Patch". You do not need to be home on your design day.
We make sure to prep the pumpkins as best as we can, to ensure you have the freshest "Patch" around. However, we cannot guarantee that there could be a bad one in the bunch. We cannot replace any decaying pumpkins. You can also sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on them to help keep any critters away.
Your "Patch" should last 6-8 weeks, but do keep in mind, we are working with real pumpkins. We do recommend your "Patch" be on a solid surface, and not on grass or a soft surface. Pumpkins tend to last longer when they are uncarved, and on a solid surface. If you paid for removal, they will picked up either the week before or the week after Thanksgiving, whichever week you selected at checkout. If you did not purchase removal, you can dispose of your pumpkins whenever you choose.
When you added removal to your order, you selected which week you wanted your pumpkins to be taken away. We will not schedule a specific day/time to come remove them, we will have someone come during that selected week to take everything away. Please make sure you remove any carved or decaying pumpkins, if there are any. We will be donating the pumpkins and hay to local farms, and we want to ensure the pumpkins are good enough to eat!!

All sales are final. If your balance is not paid in full by August 5, 2025, you will lose your deposit and your reservation for this season. If you are unable to have a "Patch" at your home, you are able to transfer your "Patch" to a different address. The transfer is only valid for this season, and cannot be used for a future season.
